Jay
This license entitles you to install and use Jay on a single computer.
If you mostly use a single computer, then this is the right Jay version for you.
If you haven’t done so yet, download Jay and install it on your computer before activating it.
Jay Portable
This license entitles you to install and use Jay on a single USB flash drive. This version will then work on any Windows™ computer that meets the requirements, by simply inserting the flash drive and starting the Jay application.
If you use several computers (at work, at home, etc…) and you want to have your documents always with you, then this is the right Jay version for you.
If you haven’t done so yet, download Jay and install it on your USB flash drive before activating it.
Jay Portable on 4GB USB flash drive
For the same price of the Jay Portable license (plus a small shipment and handling fee), we can ship you a 4GB flash drive, with the customized Jay logo, and a fully licensed pre-installed Jay version. This version will then work on any Windows™ computer that meets the requirements, by simply inserting the flash drive and starting the Jay application.

VAT rate reduction
Italian citizens with physical or sensory disability are entitled to a VAT rate reduction (4% instead of 21%) for the purchase of technical and computer aids.
To apply for this VAT rate reduction, you must send us the following documentation:
- a medical certificate of the disability
- a medical prescription stating that the aid is indeed useful for the type of diagnosed disability
- a self-declaration stating you have the right to VAT rate reduction, in conformance with article 2, comma 9, of the Decreto-Legge n. 669, 31 december 1996, (converted to Law n. 30, 28 february 1997) and of the Decreto 14 march 1998.
Tax detraction
Italian citizens with physical or sensory disability are entitled to a tax detraction for 19% of expenses due to the purchase of technical and computer aids.
This detraction must be requested on the yearly tax-return. The following documentation is needed:
- a medical certificate of the disability or a self-declaration (with attached identity document)
- a medical certificate stating that the aid is useful for the disability (articles 3 and 4 of Law 104)
- an invoice or a receipt to prove the expense
